Correlation of Serum IL-2 and IFN-γ Levels with Clinical Prognosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients and Analysis of Risk Factors

Background: To explore the correlation of serum levels interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) with clinical prognosis patients nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) analyze risk factors.
 Methods: The data 195 NPC admitted to our hospital from October 2020 2022 were selected for retrospective study. who obtained 0 point in good group (group g), while those 1-2 points poor p) based on Glasgow score. IL-2 IFN-γ compared between two groups, values analyzed. parameters collected, factors affecting analyzed by univariate multivariate Logistic regression.
 Results: Among patients, 125 g 70 p. higher than p (P<0.05). predictive AUC (95%CI) 0.846 (0.791-0.902) 0.851 (0.797-0.904), respectively regression analysis showed that age, tumor diameter, stages degree differentiation patients.
 Conclusion: are closely related have certain value evaluating patients. staging all which can provide a reference selection treatment methods evaluation prognosis.
